Jimmy Faile:
Master stylist, color specialist, and make-up and special event artist. Experienced session- stylist who has worked both New York and Miami Fashion Weeks. His passion for cutting, coloring, and styling hair as well as make-up artistry has resulted in relationships with Fashion Industry leaders such as Alexandra Vidal, Teen People Magazine, Elite and Irene Model Management.
Liz Soileau:
A native to Charleston and has worked at Allure Salon for 7 years since graduating from Charleston Cosmetology. Master stylist and colorist that specializes in working with the hair’s natural texture, providing her clients with easy at-home styling. Excels in custom color-formulation including balayage, natural foiling techniques, gray coverage and color corrections.
Andrew Locke:
Classically trained at a Loreal Professionnel Salon. His true passion is hair, constantly evolving his technique. Has traveled to hair shows around the country and has trained with top manufacturers including Paul Mitchell, Nioxin, Sexy Hair, Pureology and Loreal Professionnel. Andrew is a master of modern color and cutting techniques and seeks to harmonize/synergise the two. Looks forward to working as an educator.
Gavin Morris:
Graduated from Paul Mitchell The School, Charleston, SC and has been doing hair for 3yrs. Trained in cutting and highlight/coloring techniques. Available evenings and weekends for custom blow-dries and styling as well as for on-location services.
Diana Cardona:
Bi-lingual (Spanish/English). Event Hair and Makeup Stylist. Cuts, Colors, and is great with kids. Specializes in naturally curly
and ethnic hair as well as Juvexin Keratin Treatments.
Skylar Eade:
A graduate of Paul Mitchell The School, Charlotte, NC.
Licensed for over 7 years and specializing in color, highlighting and color corrections. Traveling annually to hair shows and classes all over the country, she is excited to call Charleston home. Certified in INOA and Juvexin Keratin Treatments.
Hayley Parrish
A South Carolina native, Hayley started in the industry at the age of 17 and is always on the cutting edge of new trends. Specializing in color, brows, nails and event hair and makeup, Hayley enjoys enhancing every aspect of your experience.

Christine Piontek:
Lead stylist and master colorist trained under Loreal Professionnel. Specializing in the KARG trademarked hair cutting technique in addition to formal event hair and makeup services. Juvexin and INOA certified.
Megan Harris:
Moved to Charleston from Virginia. Her interest and eye for styling hair stemmed from her grandmother’s profession as a stylist and salon owner. In-depth Loreal Professionnel training in color as well as cutting and is INOA certified. Megan’s special interests include hair and makeup as well as revamping classic looks into modern-day hair. Work has been seen on cover of Charleston Magazine.
Kim Childers:
An Allure stylist for 2 years now, Kim moved from Michigan to Charleston in 2006 and has been honing her skills in the latest haircutting, highlighting and coloring techniques as well as updos and makeup applications. She enjoys enhancing the beauty of highlighting blondes and is careful to keep the integrity of the hair her number one priority. She assisted Christine Piontek with hair for the Fall 2011 issue of Charleston Style and Design magazine (“The Suite Life”) Kim is happy to help her clients understand their own unique type of hair and to guide them to their distinct personal style. Huong Dao:
Trained at the Alexander Paul Institute and continued her passion for hair here in Charleston. Enjoys putting her edgy style into her work, while keeping her clients’ personal flare. Huong continues to seek education on the latest trends and fashion. Whether you’re looking for a smooth and elegant or edgy and funky look….she is qualified to accommodate the most discerning client’s needs. INOA and Juvexin certified.
Lauren Garcia:
Joined the Allure Staff in 2011 after graduating from the Aveda Institute of Charlotte. Loves creating a fresh and unique style that enhances the client’s natural texture. Specializing in natural balayage and coloring techniques in addition to mens’ cutting.
Beth Bell:
Beth has always had a passion for making people feel good about themselves and that is what she loves the most about being a stylist at Allure Salon. She began her career almost 8 years ago in Wisconsin and along the way has mastered a wide range of techniques including perfect sun-kissed highlights, cutting, and special event hair and makeup. Beth’s bridal hair has been featured in Charleston Wedding Magazine, 100 Layer Wedding Blog, and The Wedding Row. She has been at Allure Salon for over 5 years and is INOA and Juvexin certified.
Brandon Reiter:
A master stylist with over 12 years experience in cutting, color and event hair and makeup services. Certified in taped-in extensions. Brandon has worked for professional companies teaching advanced classes as a featured platform artist. His work has been featured in international magazines and in editorial shoots all over the world.
