Lynda Zerbst

Master Stylist / Owner

Stylist-owner of Allure Salon, Lynda has been cutting hair from the age of eleven. As the last apprentice accepted by the South Carolina Board of Cosmetology, Lynda trained under Frances DuBose,

an international coiffeurs hairstylist, starting in 1978 and has since been certified by Tressa as a color specialist and educator.

As seen in Elle Magazine, Allure Salon was published as “Best Color Salon”. Lynda was also written up in Ladies’ Home Journal as one of America’s “Top 100 Pro’s”, known especially for her blunt cuts and outstanding work in color.

Allure Salon was honored to be featured as the first salon to debut Charleston Magazine’s Fashion Week. Allure executed the over-all style, look, design and coordination of over 40 models and designers to showcase the latest in hair fashion.

Her passion for hair has led her to shows and classes all over the world. In the meantime, Lynda has been recognized for her Outstanding Service by the South Carolina Advisory Board on behalf of Jerry Poer and staff of the Charleston Cosmetology Institute making her not only a master of her work, but one who gives back to the industry she loves.
